  • What travel documents do I need and when will I receive them?

    Great question!

    You will get your tarvel documents once your trip has been paid off in full. As soon as the trip has been fully paid, you'll receive a travel documents and confirmation which will contain your flight booking and holiday vouchers.

  • What is the baggage allowance for my flight?

    The checkin and hand baggage allowance will be displayed on the bottom left corner of your ticket.

  • How long before my departure do I need to check-in?

    Depends on the which airline, please check with your airline as soon as book your ticket. 

  • Can I change / amend my booking?

    Yes, details can be changed on a booking, however what can be changed, and the costs involved vary depending on what has been booked.


    If you wish to amend a booking / order or wish to enquire if a specific change can be made, then please contact us via email or a call. 


  • How do I cancel my trip?

    Lower priced tickets are mostly non-refundable, but in some cases airlines will charge a cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your booking. To cancel your booking, you have two ways to do this: 

    1. Call us 0208 803 1100  or
    2. Raise a Support Request by logging in to your account  
  • What is the visa and passport requirements for my trip?

    Some countries need you to have at least six months validity left on your passport (based on the date your due to arrive into your destination country)

  • I need special assistance at the airport!

    If you need assistance getting through your airport, we can help arrange this for you! 

    After purchasing your ticket, you'll need to contact us to request any special assistance that you will need at the airport. 

    Please send your enquiry to booking@jetsetholiday.com and please ensure all questions are answered to enable us to add the assistance you need. 


    1. Name of the passenger requiring the assistance?


    2. Please advise the passenger’s medical conditions or hidden disability?


    3. Please confirm any recent (within six months) hospitalisations or surgery and if you are suffering from anything affecting any of your major organs or breathing- If you do require any Oxygen on board of the flight please make our team aware


    4. Does the passenger require wheelchair assistance?


    5. If you do not require wheelchair assistance how can we please support you?


    6. Is the passenger able to board the aircraft using steps?


    7. Can the passenger make their own way to and from their cabin seat once on board?


    8. Are you taking your own mobility aid (Manual Wheelchair, Motorised Mobility Device or Rollator)?

    (Manual Wheelchairs, Rollators & Walking Frames - Please confirm if it is collapsible.)


  • What is Advance Passenger Information(API)?

    API (Advance Passenger Information) data is biographic information on passengers (as contained in travel documents) collected by air carriers during check-in and, complemented with travel route information, transmitted by these carriers to the border control authorities of the country of destination.

  • What is the minimum age to book a hotel?

    To book a hotel on our website you must be at least 18 years old. 

  • How do I make the payment?
