1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Jetsun Holiday Ltd, trading as a brand of Kleopatra Travel Ltd, and you, the customer, who purchases travel services (including but not limited to flights, hotels, car rentals, transfers, and tailor-made travel packages) via our website, phone, or in person.
By booking any travel services through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
We act as a travel agent offering the following services:
- Flight bookings (scheduled and low-cost airlines)
- Hotel reservations
- Car rentals
- Airport and local transfers
- Tailor-made travel packages
Unless otherwise specified, we act as an agent on behalf of service providers (airlines, hotels, car hire companies, etc.), and your contract will be with them, not directly with us.
3. Bookings and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the supplier's terms.
- Full payment must be received before documents/tickets are issued.
- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our platform.
- By submitting your payment, you authorize us to make payment to the relevant suppliers on your behalf.
4. Pricing and Changes
- Prices are quoted in GBP and are correct at the time of quotation.
- We reserve the right to change prices before a booking is confirmed.
- Once confirmed, prices can only change due to government action (e.g., taxes, fuel surcharges), exchange rates, or airline surcharges.
- You will be notified promptly of any significant price changes.
5. Tailor-Made Packages
Where we arrange and combine two or more travel services, we will do so under the UK Package Travel Regulations. You will receive:
- Financial protection (e.g., via ATOL or other schemes)
- Rights to refunds and repatriation in the event of insolvency
- Clear pre-contractual information and booking confirmation
6. Cancellations and Amendments
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the supplier. You may incur fees up to 100% of the booking cost.
- Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If we must cancel your booking, the handling period varies from 4 to 16 weeks in the event of any refunds. All refunds are made by the provider and Jetsun Holiday is unable to influence these handling periods. A handling charge of 55 GBP per person will be charged when refunds are made.
- Jetsun Holiday will not refund the charge for cancellation protection or previously paid fees, charges and any insurance policies (apart from travel insurance). If the flight is cancelled by the airline due to unforeseen events (force majeure) or schedule changes a handling fee of 35 GBP per person will be debited.
7. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
- You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and health documents required for your destination.
- We are not liable for refusal of entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
- It is your responsibility to check the latest government travel advisories and health guidelines.
8. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the travel services.
- We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
- We do not accept liability for loss, damage, injury, or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
9. Insurance
You are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and baggage loss. We may recommend or provide access to third-party insurance providers.
10. Complaints
- Complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return.
- We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time frame.
- Where possible, issues should be raised during the trip to give suppliers the opportunity to resolve them.
11. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Please see our [Privacy Policy] for more information.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
